Supplementary Rounds process for 2020

To all golfers,

The way in which supplementary scores are submitted is changing. From this season all golfers are requested to use the simple PSI touch screen system as follows:

Before your Round

Sign in to any PSI touch screen in the pro shop or club house, Register your round by selecting “Supp Cards” and “Register”, Select the round you wish to play:, “Southwick Park Golf Club” - 18 holes or “Back 9 course” or “Front 9 course”

Select the tee you are playing from “White”, “Yellow” or “Red”, Select the type of round “Medal” or “Stableford”

Click “Proceed” and begin your round.

After your Round

Sign in to any PSI touch screen. Enter your score by selecting “Supp Cards” , “Enter Round”, gross score for each hole and then select “Save”

Post your fully completed card, signed by player and marker into the card box in the locker room.

Your card will be checked & accepted within 48 hrs. Any corrections (including possible DQ) will be applied.

If the PSI is not working or not accessible for whatever reason please write “UNABLE TO USE PSI” on your card

Please ensure you submit your card

You must submit your supplementary score, even if you have a poor round. Not only will your handicap be adjusted to better reflect your playing ability, but from November, the new World Handicapping System will implemented. The more scores you submit, the more accurate the calculation of your new handicap index will be.

Remember the rules for a supplementary round are the same as a competition and you must putt out to finish each hole – no gimmies !
