Our PGA Professional, Miles Harding, uses the latest coaching technology to teach the best way for you to play better golf.  He understands that everyone has different levels of expectation for their golf game and so he will work with you to help you reach your full potential.  Every session that he coaches has the same aim, which is to help the player understand their golf swing and to become more consistent.

He does not have a set method of coaching, because there are many ways to swing a golf club.  Look at the players on the tour and you will see that they all swing the club differently.  With his students, he works on the positions that all the top players have in common and repeat time and time again to achieve the consistency that makes them so successful.  Everyone can play golf and enjoy it, and with his help, hopefully, you can enjoy your game a whole lot more.  Some people just want to play golf with their friends once a week and not look foolish, and others want to reduce their handicaps to a level where they feel happy and comfortable with the standard that they have reached.  Some want to go the whole nine yards and push themselves to be the best golfer that they can possibly be; whatever your aim, he is here to help.

Lessons can be structured to suit the individual or groups; lessons can be booked as one off’s or as a structured course. All coaching is tailored to each individual needs.

Junior Golf

Southwick Park Golf Club take junior golf very seriously and in 2020 we took the step of offering under 18's (capped at 25) free membership, which has been a great success. We now have over 25 juniors golfers who play and have regular coaching at the club. 

In 2021 we aim to continue with this initiative to build of the success of this year, and to develop a strong team to field in junior matches.

A membership category designed for beginner golfers who are developing their game and building their playing confidence.

You’ll get access to our brilliant practice facilities which include a short pitch & putt course, chipping area with double green, practice bunker, a full size driving range with two covered bays and a superb practice putting green. Also included is full use of the locker rooms and Clubhouse with the option to attend all social events as well as daily use.
